Supporting Parents and Families

At Re:Sight we are committed to listening to, helping and providing support to our clients parents, families and carers in anyway that we can.

Two way communication is key as we understand that being a parent or carer to an adult with special needs can be hard work at times and demanding.

Here at Re:Sight day centre, we support families with their loved disabled adults children, or family members by

providing a safe environment, highly structured routine and activities, we provide social opportunities, while offering much needed respite for parents, families and caregivers.

We provide Activities throughout the day and creating community integration, helping to improve independence, reduce isolation, and manage daily living skills.

We incorporate our smell, taste, vision , sound and touch in our multi sensory session aided by our multiple multi sensory fibre optic lights each of which help to waken our senses by relaxing to help us better understand the world around us.
